Twin Pines development (formerly Lighthouse condo association) was a full-scale ground-up development of a plot of land, more than 19 acres, into 96 single family homes; 12 of which were built to spec. The development included several facets of earth leveling, tree removal and relocation, sewage, water, electric, roads, a large retention pond, and common areas. An association was organized, and HOA control was handed off to homeowners approx. 31 months after development began.
